Osama Dead!!!...Dead???
Well, maybe not quite yet, but it is inevitable. No pictures so far that aren’t faked....hmmmmmmmm. Countless conflicting stories of how Osama was killed...hmmmmmmmmm. A 25 minute blackout of information during the raid (that room full of people were watching a blank screen and posing for a photo op)...hmmmmmmm. I am curious. SEALS don’t normally “execute” anyone. They do snatch and grab. Even the CIA doesn’t do assassinations anymore. Somehow, it doesn't seem logical that the single most important and complete source of information and intelligence about Al Qaeda would be summarily shot without interrogation? I think the SEALS got the right man and I think OBL will live until every single shred of information has been wrung from him. Then he will sleep with the fishes since he is already “dead” and can’t be logically “resurrected”. I think all we have seen is smoke and mirrors regarding his “death”. If the CIA is smart, that is all we have seen and will ever see.

No-fly Problem?
The Arab League wants the UN to impose a no-fly zone over Libya...’scuse me...members of the Arab League have a significant inventory of F-16’s and Mirages as well as MiGs. They also have the fuel to fly them and no shortage of bullets and bombs. Sounds like an Arab problem to me. I don’t know of a Shari’ah Law or Fatwa against bombing or strafing other Islamics. They have done it in the past with no qualms. I think the Arabs ought to Muslim up and take care of their own problems. If not, I am sure the Persians would be only too glad to oblige. ---William Fortner 2011---

Plugging The Loopholes

Senator XXXXXXXX,
Congress is getting ready to make the most egregious mistake ever by not closing the loopholes that permitted Barack Obama to become president under a cloud of suspicion. There should be no possible question as to the constitutional qualifications of a candidate for President of the United States.
Contrary to popular belief, a candidate for the highest position in this nation does not "run" for office, he or she is applying to the American people for a job. It is to those employers, and not any committee or any other entity, to which the candidate must prove conclusively that he or she meets the constitutional requirements to hold that office. The Constitution does not grant the DNC, the RNC or any federal government office the authority to approve or vouch for a candidate’s eligibility. Since it does not grant that authority, then that authority rests with the several states or the people, period.
To that end, I want you to propose legislation that requires candidates for President make readily available to the public on demand, an original long form birth certificate signed by a physician licensed to practice medicine in the state of birth and certified by the state registrar charged with maintaining that data, stating the date, place of birth and the parents names and nationality. A certified copy of the candidate’s parent’s birth certificates must also be provided. The candidate must also provide a list of places where he or she has resided with the inclusive dates as well as a listing of employment with inclusive dates and a listing of schools and colleges attended. Graduation certificates or diplomas must also be provided. This is the information I had to provide just to enlist in the US Navy!
In addition, a candidate must successfully pass the complete screening for a Top Secret Clearance before being placed on the ballot. The document providing that confirmation must also be made public. The reason for this is obvious.
It is ludicrous and dangerous not to require a candidate meet these requirements and that these documents and information be made public prior to any election for President of the United States so the people, via their state governors, can decide if the candidate meets the qualifications for President and if he or she is suitable to hold the office and be placed on the state ballot.
This must be done before the next presidential election.

Outlaw Prostitution!
Harry Reid: ‘The time has come for us to outlaw prostitution’
...maybe this could spread to DC and the Congress and Administration could be prevented from selling themselves for campaign contributions from special interests. Since prostitution is selling oneself for money, I see little difference.
