Over in Asia, they call a horse's tail dock a "mackerel" and they like to eat it boiled. That's why you see so much of their ancient artwork depicting tail-less horses. Hmmmmm...maybe we can work out a deal with China. There is no shortage of horse's asses in DC and many of them are for sale.
