The Democrats do not have a caucus; a faction within a legislative body that pursues its interests through the legislative process. They have a circus; a large public entertainment in an indoor arena, featuring exhibitions of pageantry, performing animals, etc., interspersed throughout with the slapstick antics of clowns.
