Give Voice Back To The States

The 17th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States eliminated the voice of state government in the federal government. Federally enacted unfunded mandates are the poisoned fruit of that misadventure. Repeal the 17th Amendment; give voice to the states. The founders were right.--- William Fortner 2008 ---
