I am confused, or somebody is. How is it the Obama Administration is considering "legal" action against Arizona for enacting and enforcing what is a essentially a duplicate of federal immigration statutes? Federal law states that it is a crime to be ANYWHERE in the ENTIRE COUNTRY illegally. The Arizona law makes it a crime to be in Arizona illegally. Well...DUH! Did Arizona secede? Are there now only 56 states? I fail to see the disconnect except the main one between the Administration and the rule of law as understood by any literate member of American society.
