Anyone can be an American citizens by simply taking their first breath here. Full citizenship should mean more than that. Many in this country spit on the title and are undeserving. Perhaps it should be earned by honorable public or military service marked by displays of honesty, faithfullness, selflessness and patriotism. Perhaps these should be declared full citizens and permitted to vote.
